About Us
Shafiek Kamish properties was launched by shafiek kamish in 2008, it was in the midst of the 2008 financial crisis. Shafiek saw opportunities when others saw disaster.
His strategy was straightforward in the beginning. He bought properties from willing sellers at times 50% below value and selling it to willing buyers. His motto at the time was “Quick in Quick out”The real estate landscape changes radically over the years. The company focus started to shift to renovations and restoration projects. The secret to his success was to infuse modern design and innovation with dilapidated properties and sell them for a substantial profit.
Later, the company developed into a project management company that would deliver design houses to potential clients. It currently has four teams working on company and client projects. The company is also responsible for the management of the real estate portfolio of national and foreign real estate investors.
